• The W2H interface is available as a distributed software package. It is a web-interface to sequence analysis sofware packages like GCG or EMBOSS but does not contain these packages istself. If you don't have GCG, EMBOSS or a similar software package on your computer, downloading W2H makes no sense for you. The package is available by anonymous ftp

• There is also a publicly accessible Demo version. It doesn't start actually any GCG analysis tool but presents nearly all functionality of W2H interface. You can reach it at
