How to view a sequence

  1. Start in the bottom part of the Main window

  2. Button Fetch

    Tip: If a sequence is selected in your working list, its name is automatically propagated into a new Fetch window.

  3. Type a sequence name in the field What to fetch. Use logical names to define the database (e.g. SWISSPROT:10KD_VIGUN). You can specify file names as well.

    Tip: Use wild characters if you want to get more sequences at once.

  4. Tick View It.

  5. Button Fetch
