Research Interest

My research is focused on developing methods for genomic data analysis. The topics include:

·         Integration of multiple platforms of genomic data. Various types of genomic data include mRNA expression, microRNA expression, DNA copy number, DNA methylation, nucleosome profiling, DNA mutation.

·         Biomarker research. Identifying informative features from genomic data that have prognostic value.

Software:

·         Serial Dilution Curve: an R program for to analyze reverse phase protein array (RPPA) data.

·         PerfectMatch: a new program for analyzing Affymetrix chips using PDNN model. The manuscript describing the model is also available.

·         S-score: a program for comparing two Affymetrix chips.
