A modified toxicity probability interval method for dose-finding trials. The companion software for the mTPI design is available as an Excel macro. Please follow the instructions in the readme file. This macro is designed for Excel 2007 in a Windows operating system. It does not work on other versions of MS Office or other operating systems such as Mac OS, Unix, or Linux. To implement the mTPI method for these systems, please use the R program. Read the instruction in Readme file first for implemention. We have successfully tested it under Windows XP. We do not guarantee that the software is bug free. Please contact me if you find any bugs. Thank you.
