How to create a new working list

  1. Start in the bottom part of the Main window

  2. Button New

  3. Type a filename for a new working list. A filename without any path means file in the working directory.

    Tip: Use a file name extension .list to see your new working list permanently in the list of working lists. Check How to specify a new filename extension for working lists

  4. Continue with How to add sequences to a working list. Except that the Sequence Selector window is already open.
