1. Enter an accession, gi, or a sequence in FASTA format and set up the parameter as you need, then click the button of "Begin Search". 2. Click "Format !" button under request ID input box to continue. 3. Click "Genome View" button to show position of the BLAST hits in the Mouse genome using the Entrez Genomes Map View. 4.
