CliPPSim4k has 4,050 in-house simulation samples across different purity, read deapth, CNA rate, and true number of clusters.

In the 'Input', we provide a download link for ready-to-use input files for each simulation sample (SNV, CNA, and purity).

The 'Summary Table' contains the comparison between outputs from CliPP and PhyloWGS. The summarization of ground truth is also provided.
