TCGA datasets has 7,279 samples and across 32 cancer types.

The 'Summary Table' column contains a comprehensive overview for each sample per cancer type, including the total count of SNVs, the number of identified clusters, the quantity of clonal and subclonal SNVs, and the proportion of subclonal SNVs.

The 'Raw results' clumnn contains CliPP result data for all samples in each cancer type. Each sample's folder includes the subclonal structure (clustering results), such as cluster number, total SNVs per cluster, and estimated CP for each cluster, along with mutation assignments (cluster ID for each mutation).
